We thought we’d put a few of our favourite cocktail recipes together for the autumnal and wintery months, to help you to become the ultimate mixologist at your wooden home bar!

Autumn Apple
Made from apple cider and gin, this cocktail is the perfect addition to sociable nights in. With the apple fruity taste adding a sweetness and a hint of cinnamon, this cocktail is the definition of an Autumn drink!
What you need:
- Double Shot Measure of Your Chosen Gin
- Apple Cider
- A Squeeze of Lime or Lemon Juice
- Single Shot of Homemade Honey Syrup (honey (½ shot) and hot water (½ shot) mixed together)
- Pinch of Cinnamon
When you’ve added all of the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, add some ice and shake the hell out of it! Strain the mixture and pour into two glasses, top with 2 thyme sprigs and an apple cut into small matchstick looking pieces. Volia!

Spiced Pumpkin Fizz
Nothing says Autumn more than pumpkins and spices! We found this delicious pumpkin cocktail perfect for Halloween and as the nights get colder.
What you need:
- 1 Single Shot Measure of Your Chosen Vodka
- ½ Shot of Pear Cognac Liqueur
- ½ Shot of Pumpkin Syrup
- 1 Shot of Pumpkin Puree
- Pinch of Pumpkin Spice
- Topped with Champagne or Prosecco
Add all of these delicious ingredients together into a cocktail shaker with ice and give it a shake! Strain and pour into a glass with ice and garnish with a dried pear chip.

Mulled Wine
A timeless classic when it comes to winter cocktails. An essential for getting cosy and makes the house smell utterly divine.
What you need:
- 750ml of Your Chosen Red Wine
- 1 Clementine
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Star Anise
- 3 Dried Figs
- 3 Black Peppercorns
- 50ml of Brandy
Add all of these ingredients into a saucepan and let it warm up gradually until simmer then turn off the heat. Sieve the contents of the pan into a new container, ladle into glasses and enjoy!

Caramel Irish Coffee
This delicious creamy coffee is the perfect after coffee treat. With dreamy whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
What you need:
- 1 Single Shot of Your Chosen Irish Whiskey
- 1 Shot of Irish Cream
- 1 Ounce of Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1.5 Shots of Coffee
Add all of the alcoholic ingredients first then add the coffee and stir together to ensure it’s all mixed up. Squeeze some whipped cream and drizzle caramel syrup on top. Indulge!

Botanical Blackberry Bramble
A classic winter inspired cocktail with an infusion of fruity sweetness, cut through with a hint of sour citrus flavour.
What you need:
- 2 Single Shots of Your Chosen Gin
- 1 Shot of Lime Juice
- ½ Shot of Sugar Syrup
- ½ Shot of Your Chosen Blackberry Liqueur
Add gin, lime juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and then strain as your pour into your chosen glass that’s filled with ice cubes. Top the cocktail by slowly drizzling the blackberry liqueur and garnish with a wedge of lime, sprig of lavender and a handful of fresh blackberries.
